When you request a THALAMUS presentation, we collect the contact and organization details you enter, your selected time and mode, and any optional context you provide.

How it is used

Gardium uses this information to process, confirm and manage your presentation request, communicate with you about it, and prepare a relevant discussion.

Systems and access

The public website sends booking information to Gardium’s internal booking service over an authenticated connection. Authorized Gardium personnel may access the information as needed to coordinate the presentation.

Your choices

Optional fields may be left blank. A private management link may be provided to change or cancel a booking when that service is available. You may also contact Gardium through gardium.com regarding your information.
